Its official..being an intern sucks…like big time..especially when you work for creepy men..annoying people..and people who just can’t make up their minds…I mean..how hard is it for you to give explicit instructions to a person?
I need to let off some steam…or something…I know this is an example of how the workplace is..but to be honest I’d give more of a damn if I wasn’t undergoing all this BS for no pay..I keep chanting “It’ll be worth it in the end” and..”It’ll look good on my CV”.
Sigh, now on to the topic of the day…..Stealing from pals/ relatives/ you name it…I mean what leads people to do such things???
We’ve all heard of occassions when there’s a wedding..and your generous parents agree to host some relatives..and they end up stealing from you guys…happened to me once…our neighbours came and stole our toys..and were dumb enough to let us see them playing with the toys the next day….aki the way they denied stealing them..oh well…we let it go.
But I’m kinda shocked when I hear of people stealing from pals…I mean what are you thinking??? Someone has placed their trust in you and to destroy it like that is just err…wrong methinks…This post is inspired by some drama my pal had juzi…he was asked to do a favour..and ended up having all his expensive equipment stolen..Its kinda sad huh?? I mean what does that say about you as a person??
Ending with the usual random observations..leo I did a freeze and shine..for those who are looking puzzled, thats when you decide to wear clothes most suited to the summer during the cold season…In my defence the skirt is new..and I have this thing where I have to wear something I bought ASAP! (I mean…I have even been known to sleep with a pair of new shoes close to my bed..) So yeah..I have been praying and wishing for warmer weather since I came to the office…methinks God was listening to my prayers coz after the crappy morning I’ve heard, the weather is SLIGHTLY warmer..not hot enough to justify the display of legs..but err..enough to stop me from shivering when I go out for lunch..

stealing from friends…let me not get started..if you can trust your friends…i shall not complete that thought. i wish we could get a visual of that skirt to go with the description, including the legs that were bared and shoes too.

Internship… a few years ago after Uni I joined my current employer as an intern… I was like a slave,(With Bcom & CPA) I did everything, from answering phones, making copies of documents, moving around files with cheques for signing and all that. But I stayed on, without pay, for six months… until someone saw otherwise, I got a job, and due to the humility, I have moved up the ranks like no one else here… some of my “Masters” then are my juniors…
Than aside, as @31337, that skirt… me loves legs, I wanna see!
