Like honestly, who does that??
And then the proposal itself isn’t even the subject of the message..it comes as a sort of a btw…wouldn’t you take it as a joke???
(N/B: Not referring to Mr. Val btw…..but to an email I got from a (supposed) friend…..)

Erm, yes. Everyone knows their man. If he is a joker and not good with the whole commitment and declaration thing, then you just go with the flow. That is probably the best proposal you are going to get and he has put in the effort. The whole proposal thing can be quite daunting, you know.

That was a joke. I have a friend who gets so funny he laughs so hard and tells random people he loves them. He also tells random chicks that make him laugh that he’d like to marry them. So it could be in a joking way.

Right my answer remains the same, depends on who is proposing. Denzel Washington proposed to his wife OVER the phone (FACT) and that was way back, when. My friend if it is a Denzel Washington he had me at HELLO ,literally. Taye Diggs has me at “would you” and by the way if any of the above turn around and say that they were joking…………I sue.
